To join a team of international professionals and be part of this incredible mission, we are looking for an Office and HR Administrator. is a family member of Avia Solutions Group, a leading aerospace services group with what has become almost 100 offices and production facilities worldwide. ASG is significantly backed by the assets of over 7,000 highly skilled aviation professionals, serving more than 2,000 clients throughout Europe, Asia, North America, Australia, and worldwide.


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
  • Handle all incoming inquiries (internal-external);
  • Organization and maintenance of smooth office work, reception, and service of guests;
  • Administrate documents, via internal system (DocLogix); Company documentation and correspondence management (preparation, analysis, administration, and archiving of internal documents);
  • Participation in HR projects;
  • Administering new hire set-up, including office space, IT equipment, and completion of HR forms/documentation;
  • Administration of personnel files (hiring records, layoffs, holiday leaves, amendments to employment contracts, preparation of job descriptions, timesheet records, etc.);
  • Maintaining our work environment, including keeping the office stocked and organized;
  • Taking part in planning and coordination of activities and events: office meals, team outings, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, work anniversaries, off-sites — and think of other new and fun activities and building organization culture!
  • Helping colleagues, CEO, and HR department with a different tasks.


  • Higher Education;
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian written and verbal communication skills;
  • Previous experience working with the DocLogix system can be an advantage;
  • High energy, positive and creative thinking;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures;
  • Similar work experience would be considered an advantage;

Salary: from 2000€ (gross) + bonus
