To join a team of international professionals and be part of this incredible mission, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Europe region where we plan to grow dramatically. is a family member of Avia Solutions Group, a leading aerospace services group with what has become almost 100 offices and production facilities worldwide. ASG is significantly backed by the assets of over 9,000 highly skilled aviation professionals, serving more than 2,000 clients throughout Europe, Asia, North America, Australia, and worldwide.


  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales growth and profitability through the development of new markets;
  • Researching the market and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Partnering with clients to understand their needs and objective;
  • Calling (including cold calls), meeting and presenting, promoting and selling Aeroclass products to companies from aviation industry;
  • Representing the Company and our brand;
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers;
  • Partner with the appropriate functional teams to prepare formal and informal sales proposals;
  • Prepare and lead sales pitches;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and maintain accurate customer and transactional after-sale information;
  • Propose innovative solutions on how to increase sales volumes;
  • Present and discuss business opportunities with the company executives;


  • Proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive or a relevant role in International sales experience – with new clients;
  • Previous experience in Aviation or Education sector considered as an advantage;
  • Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of Sales process;
  • Polished communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English with additional European languages; German, Spanish or French
  • A result-driven approach, challenge-driven personality;
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel abroad, participate in Exhibitions.

This opening is offered both as full-time or freelance position.

Salary: from 2500 € (gross) + bonus
