ACCOUNT AND COURSE ENROLLMENT
In order to register, please click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the window. Once you fill in the details and click Register, you will receive an email notification to verify your profile. When your profile is verified, you can buy and watch the courses.
In order to enroll, you must sign up and create an account. Once your account is activated, you need to pick your course from the Courses menu and click Add to cart. Then you will be redirected to the checkout page. After the payment is completed, the course will be available in the “My Courses” tab.
Currently, we have two types of courses.
Pre-recorded (on-demand) video courses and virtual classrooms. Pre-recorded courses consist of videos with an instructor, animated presentations, and links to the information sources. During the Virtual Classroom sessions students participate in real-time and have a direct interaction with the instructor online. Depending on the course, students can receive individual or group assignments, interact with each other, explore networking opportunities and take part in the final examination.
If you are an individual who would like to participate in a course, you need a personal account.
If you represent a company seeking to get your team trained, you will find the Corporate account more beneficial as it allows you to assign courses to your employees, manage invoices and monitor the completion progress of each team member.
Yes. You can start a purchased course within 6 months from the date of purchase. You will receive an automatic reminder when the validity period is coming to an end.
If you are a manager in need to get your team trained, you will find the Corporate account more beneficial as it allows you to assign a course to your employees, monitor the completion progress and have an easier Invoicing process.

No. Each employee needs to sign up for a separate account after they receive an invitation via email from the Corporate account owner.
Once you log in to your Corporate account, you need to press the “Add users” button at the right top corner of the page. Once you fill in all the fields in the pop-up window and press “Invite corporate user”, your colleague will get the invitation.
You can assign a course by pressing the “Assign course button”. Then you will see a pop-up window with a list of your Corporate account users. Once the course is assigned, the user will get an email notification.
COURSE DURATION, QUIZZES AND CERTIFICATES
You can find an approximate duration in the course inner page. The actual time spent may vary depending on your learning pace. However, we recommend not to hurry, fully engage, and gain maximum value from the courses.
Yes, you will be able to review the course once again and get back to each of the course modules. However, you should keep in mind that each course is accessible only for 6 months after the purchase, so plan your training accordingly.
You will be able to download and print out an electronically signed certificate of completion after successfully passing the test which is the final part of each course. If you don’t take or pass the test, the certificate won’t be granted. However, do not worry – you have an unlimited number of attempts to pass the test.

Currently, we accept payments by Credit card and Bank transfer. You can select the preferred payment method during Check Out.

For corporate customers no VAT will be applied. For individual customers tax rates are calculated based on your location or the billing information you provided at the time of purchase.

Virtual Classroom is an online training session which is held live according to the planned schedule.
During Virtual Classroom sessions students participate in real-time and have a direct interaction with the instructor online. Depending on the course, students can receive individual or group assignments, interact with each other, explore networking opportunities and take part in the final examination.
Firstly, you need to sign up and create an account. Once your account is activated, you need to pick your course from the Courses menu, click Add to cart. Then you will be redirected to the Check Out page.
Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom and the links to join will be displayed on your Aeroclass course page. After you have successfully enrolled in the Virtual Classroom, you will receive guidelines to help you navigate easier and an invite to the Calendar event right before the scheduled course.
