This course covers the fundamentals of air cargo, from specific terminology in use to key stakeholders in the industry, touching upon digitalization, sustainability, safety, and security. You will get an understanding of why air cargo matters to aviation and to the world, and what global trends and challenges affect the air cargo industry. This course is a good foundation for starting a career in cargo.

As former Head of Cargo Transformation at IATA and Transition Director of TIACA, Celine has a proven expertise in air cargo, sustainability, innovation, digitalization, unmanned aviation, diversity & inclusion, strategy setting, change management, outreach campaigns, project management & delivery. Jury of several industry awards, Celine is also a regular speaker at industry events and in the press about innovation, sustainability, and transformation in transport. Acting as strategic advisor to several leaders of industry associations, corporates and start-ups on sustainability matters affecting transport, Celine has been appointed as non-executive Board member of the Foundation for Future Supply Chain.
Celine is also passionate about learning & development and diversity & inclusion matters. She is the co-founder of the Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) program to attract, develop and retain the young talents in the air cargo industry started in 2013 and the co-founder of the Women in Aviation & Logistics (WAL) initiative to improve the gender balance within the aviation & logistics sectors in 2021.
