For most aviation is about trade, tourism, business, and economic growth, but we mustn't forget that this industry is being driven by people. It is the aviation community who builds and improves all aspects of aviation and, most importantly, connects customers across a global network.

After the two years strongly affected by the global pandemic, demand is finally forecast to exceed pre-Covid levels. However, thousands of jobs remain vacant, leaving too few people working in airports and on airplanes, which can lead to what may be the industry's next crisis. During this webinar, our panel explore the challenges and opportunities the staff shortages present. She held the position of Flight Safety Manager At KLM Cityhopper for 4 years and was the Chief Flight Safety Investigator for 8 years. Deborah was chairman of a European Safety Working Group for 5 years and was a member of the IATA Aircraft Accident Working Group.
