Course description
Customer experience is at the core of aviation products and services. With numerous touchpoints and complex service elements across the journey, ensuring consistent delivery and meeting customer expectations can be challenging. One of the most effective ways to maintain quality and drive improvement is through structured Product & Service Audits, allowing issues to be identified and resolved before they affect customers.
Many leading aviation organizations rely on audits to strategically review their service performance and product consistency. This course introduces practical methods for building and executing audits, even for those with little or no previous audit experience. Participants learn how to design audit plans, develop checklists, conduct both general and aviation-specific audits, and convert findings into actionable business improvements.
Through practical guidance and examples, this course helps participants understand how to implement an audit program that supports service excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
