Team Resource Management

In this course, participants will dive into the dynamic world of air navigation services, discovering how to utilize all available resources to enhance safety and operational efficiency. With a focus on optimizing team performance, this training integrates key human performance principles, allowing participants to explore real-world applications of these concepts through case studies and group discussions. Participants will gain valuable insights into effective teamwork, communication, decision-making, and leadership, learning how to manage stress, fatigue, and workload in critical situations and high-pressure environments.

By the end of this training, participants will have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage people, equipment, and information within an air navigation team.
