Course description
Well-being in the workplace has become a top priority for today’s workforce. Employees increasingly seek healthy work–life balance, opportunities to grow, and environments where they feel respected, included, and psychologically safe. When these needs are not met, organizations face higher turnover and disengagement - often driven by unsupportive cultures and leadership practices.
Building and sustaining a positive work environment is therefore essential for leaders, managers, and organizations at every level. A thriving, inclusive workplace begins with leadership behavior and the ability to understand oneself, support others, and foster meaningful connection within teams.
In this 2-day workshop, participants will begin by exploring personal well-being, examining strengths, and understanding team dynamics. They will assess how effectively well-being is supported in their organization and develop actionable strategies to enhance it. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will leave with a well-being pledge and a concrete first-step action plan.

Meet your instructor
Hulya Kurt
After 32 years of experience in a multinational company, where Hulya occupied middle management and senior roles, led many transformation programs on a global level, created the Diversity and Inclusion and was a part of the Global Steering committee, establishing initiatives fostering inclusivity and women's advancement, she chose to follow her passion of becoming a coach, mentor and workshop facilitator. She motivates and empower company management teams and their employees to move forward in their professional life. Additionally, she specializes in growth management with young adults and teenagers, assisting them through anxieties, fears, and internal roadblocks.
Her solid experience in leadership roles enables her to facilitate diverse topics about leading teams, public speaking, communication skills, negotiation, personal branding, claim your space at a meeting and, of course, how to become a great leader.
In addition, Hulya is an innovation hackathon facilitator, introducing to concepts such as design thinking, business model canvas, validation process and pitching.
Hulya is fluent in English, Turkish and German and have as well French language skills.
