Overview of the Aviation Industry

The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the aviation industry and an understanding of the key drivers of the business. Using examples and case studies, it will explore the differing business models and how they influence decisions on fleet, sales & marketing and communications and how the sector is approaching major issues such as sustainability.

Participants will gain a comprehensive insight into the business of aviation and a greater understanding of the ongoing challenges facing the sector as it emerges from the pandemic.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
