Aviation Safety Investigation is a critical discipline for preventing accidents by learning from incidents, serious incidents, and safety-related events. In today’s complex operational environment, even minor occurrences can reveal hidden hazards, human factors challenges, and systemic weaknesses that require structured analysis and corrective action.

This class provides participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct systematic, objective, and learning-focused safety investigations across aviation operations.
