Course description
This training provides aviation personnel with the essential knowledge and practical skills to assist passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and react appropriately to medical situations until professional help is available. The course is designed in accordance with international requirements and standards, focusing on the safe handling of mobility aids and best practices for maintaining dignity and accessibility throughout the passenger journey.
Participants will also receive first aid instruction tailored to the aviation environment, covering initial interventions such as CPR, use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and support during common in-flight medical incidents. Emphasis is placed on compliance, safety, and situational awareness through hands-on activities and realistic scenarios. By completing this training, staff will be prepared to support passenger well-being while upholding operational integrity and regulatory expectations.
