@ Aeroclass
Course description
The IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) has become the global benchmark for regulating relationships between airlines and ground service providers. Understanding its framework, clauses, and annexes is critical for both operational and management staff who negotiate, implement, or oversee ground handling contracts.
This interactive workshop introduces participants to the SGHA’s structure and evolution, followed by an in-depth review of the Main Agreement, Annex A, and Annex B. The training highlights key updates in the latest edition compared with previous versions and explores practical approaches to contract drafting and negotiation. Real examples and, if available, client-specific Annex B templates will be incorporated to maximize relevance and application.
By the end of this workshop, participants will not only understand the SGHA framework but also be able to apply it effectively in contract development, negotiations, and operational agreements with airlines and service providers.
