Course description

Accurate and compliant travel document checks are among the most critical responsibilities in passenger handling. Ąžuolas Balčius has 9+ years of airport passenger service operations experience and has worked with +10 different airlines at Vilnius International airport. As an Instructor at Baltic Ground Services (BGS) he has delivered trainings for passenger service personnel.

 

Besides passenger service operations, his main expertise is travel document regulations and checks. He has successfully provided travel document checks training in Lithuania, Poland, and Georgia.

 

Ąžuolas’ courses are practical, focusing on examples and interactions with the students. The main goal is to help students analyze and ask questions rather than memorize information.
